This provides you with the reassurance that your flooring is installed to perfection without shortcuts or cutting corners. We stand behind our quality installation for a one year guarantee: no install errors or mistakes, no inaccuracy, where the floor meets the baseboard. There are no design mistakes because the workman was in a hurry, no oversights due to poor planning, and no material faults installed because the workman didn’t care that the material was defective or odd.

Tricolor Flooring’s Workmanship Warranty with the manufacturer’s warranty for Residential Customer covers the install flooring from a few years to the entire lifetime of ownership of the home, depending on the flooring product.  For Commercial Customers, our warranty is described in the contract and is based on the manufacturer’s specifications and conditions.

Tricolor Flooring Installs It the Right Way the First Time

Tricolor Flooring will correct free of charge for any defect or flaw in workmanship or craftsmanship. We do a final walk-through with our customers and pointing-out key areas of challenge. We also get the customer to approve the installation and the quality of craftsmanship before we leave the premises.

Many times a wall or a cabinet is not straight and we do our best to compensate for existing structural anomalies the best we can with our tricks that we have learned to de-emphasize their appearances. Finally, as part of our service, we clean up all construction debris and dust leaving your place neat and orderly.

One Year Warranty

We provide a one year Warranty protecting your new floor installation from cracks, buckling, and shifting due to an incorrect installation. We provide free services to repair to correct any problems. We will cover all material flooring defects according to the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the flooring purchased from Tricolor Flooring Showroom.

For flooring purchased through a competitor or another vendor, we will investigate the manufacturer’s warranty for all materials replacement to resolve the issue.

Our Warranty Doesn’t Cover

Please note, we do NOT cover repairs caused by settling and temperature change or any aspect due to sub-floor weakness or failure due to deterioration. We also DO NOT cover accidents, mistreatment, or natural disasters such as flood damage, hurricanes, or fire.
